Goal Behavior

What is goal behavior??? As we discuss in this episode it is the the behavior modifications and lifestyle habits we adopt in order to achieve our goals.

We learn that it is simply not enough to set a goals and write them down. But that we need to behave in a manner that is consistent with those goals. Because if we manage to achieve the goal by skipping the process needed to maintain the goal, we are not only cheating ourselves, but ensuring a mediocre life and ultimately doing more harm than good.
